The Engineering & Utility Contractors Association (EUCA) is a trade association that serves its members in the Western United States in a number of ways, including labor relations assistance, union representation, opportunities for education and training, governmental advocacy and lobbying, networking, safety information, and assistance in legal issues.

EUCA membership consists of more than 400 engineering and design firms, vendors, and contractors. A job board helps to connect employers and job seekers. Publications include a bimonthly magazine, a directory and buyer’s guide, a return-on-investment report, safety handbooks, and an annual contractor survey.
The organization puts on events throughout the year, including an annual installation of officers ceremony, crab feeds, golf tournaments, and barbecues. Events allow members an opportunity to network and share ideas with peers in the industry.
